What a crazy session! Decided to rig my 4.5 as it was blowing a steady 30
knots. Eventually go onto the water after waiting for the heavy showers to
pass and the tide was on its way out fast. Managed to set of and then it
was a case of holding on for dear life, was trying to get into the harness
ines when a massive squal came through which just catapulted me of the rig
and I ended up 10 metres downstream. Realised my sail was to big but
couldn't be bothered changing down as I had less than an hour left. Managed
to get going again and then I would suddenly get catapulted again with the
strong gusts. I carried on much to the amusemnt of the spectators in the
car park until I called it a day. My arms feel as though they are going to
drop of now, absolutely knackered!!
